Returns & Exchanges
You can exchange purchased & unused products within 7 days. The shipping cost of products returned to Sandra D’angelos is the responsibility of the customer. The purchased product must be sent in its original packaging with its label. Once your exchange is approved, it can be exchanged for another available product or you can keep your balance as store credit. Unfortunately, cash refunds cannot be made.
Damaged, marked or altered returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any poorly packaged or damaged shipment.
